Alexis was so patient, kind and helpful in the sale of my home. Though it can be uncomfortable, she offered suggestions on how to make my home more appealing whether it be through painting, needed repairs etc. She was always patient even when I would follow up on showings. Alexis would provide honest feedback without sugar coating. I am no longer local and Alexis went above and beyond to help with the sale of my home from meeting contractors, installing new smoke detectors and helping with my tenants. She was aggressive in the right way-hosting open houses and always making herself available for private showings. Alexis was diligent as well ensuring I had amble time to pull together all needed paperwork (deed, survey) and followed up with the town to ensure closing could take place on time. How many people can actually say they closed on the exact date initially selected?!?!?! My home also sold quicker than anticipated!
