Tanya began her long career in Manhattan's luxury hotel industry. In the words of one satisfied customer: 'I just haven't seen such dedication to the client before. Not like this.' Tanya loves working with people, and takes pride in the fact that she treats each customer as though they were her only customer. She is as dedicated to every person she represents, whether a buyer, seller or renter, as she is to every task she undertakes, which is why most of her business comes from repeat customers and client referrals. I live in the midwest and have never met Tanya in person, although she was recommended to me. We (I say 'we' because with Tanya it was a team effort from our first conversation) were selling my sister's co-op which was in need of repair so that it would be saleable. This process took a lengthy period of time. After the apartment was in condition to sell, Tanya discussed the best way to market the apartment, and she understood my motivation to sell. Due to the difficulty in having the co-op board accept the first purchaser with whom we had a contract, we had to keep the apartment listed which meant that Tanya had to field other offers while, at the same time holding on to a second prospect; this exercise took a period of time. The entire time Tanya persevered until we were finally able to close with the 'second in line'. Without Tanya's ability to work with the purchaser's agent so delicately this apartment might still be on the market. If there is any question from a T O'C prospective customer as to the knowledge, honesty and credibility of an agent, then hiring Tanya Egg will relieve any doubt.
Tanya made searching for an apartment in Jersey City a breeze. We spent half a day looking at four apartments and each one fit our needs perfectly. She knew exactly what we were looking for based on a short email. The hardest part of the experience was choosing between the apartments she showed us. She also knew all of the right questions to ask about things like the floor, countertops, etc. (which I know nothing about).
With Tanya, we felt that our condo was in the best hands. Tanya was at every viewing - no lock-box was associated with our condo, which made us feel safe and secure knowing that Tanya would be there. She added a personal touch to every showing. She makes the BEST Chocolate Chip cookies! She worked through issues with the buyers and kept us informed every step of the way. We were very happy with her services.
